Welcome to Hillside House Bed & Breakfast, situated near Gorey and  Courtown Harbour and close to Ballymoney Beach  on the Wexford Wicklow Border the sunny south east of Ireland. Our modern Bed and Breakfast has magnificent views of Tara Hill, North Wexford and South Wicklow.

With many places to visit in Wexford and Wicklow we will make your stay at our Bed and Breakfast as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We opened our bed and breakfast to guests over thirty years ago. We understand guest needs after a long day touring the area.

Hillside House bed and breakfast is well located on the Wexford / Wicklow border offering easy access to the N11 ( only a couple minutes drive from Hillside) Towns of , Gorey, Inch, Arklow Courtown Ballymoney are all a few minutes drive away...

The surrounding Area

Located just minutes form the beautiful woodlands and beaches of Courtown, Hillside House is the perfect accommodation for nature lovers and those who just wish to relax. The view woken to is one of scenic beauty. Being situated on Aske Hill, a small but prominent sister of Tara Hill, the view is one of stunning peace and tranquillity.

The area remains entirely untouched by modern living, and so is one of few. You can walk for miles through the fresh country area only meeting small country farm houses and country homes. The warmth of the Sunny South East comes from the people's hearts and you will soon fall in love with it

Gorey

A few miles inland lies the historic town of Gorey, first identified as a center in the Norman records of 1296. In its time Gorey has known the triumph and tragedy of war, notably when it played a leading role in the rebellion of 1798 . Today Gorey is a major shopping center with a large range of stores, supermarkets and fashion boutiques,as well as many reputable restaurants and hospitable pubs. The town is just 7 miles from the Wicklow border, so hill walkers don't have far to go for a stretch.
